Day 1 - Night

I've tipped over and uprooted a few of the smaller trees. I'm stronger than I expected at first.. It took a few moments, but in the end my tree-tipping wasn't that difficult. I've taken shelter in a nearby cave under a hill for the night. The trees are leaned up against the entrance. I don't know what roams around this place at night, and to be honest I'd rather not find out, so I walled myself in here as best I could.
I also brought the pig in with me. He seems friendly enough, so I named him Wilbur and I've been shepherding him along with me all day. He isn't interested in much, so I have to keep a constant eye on him to make sure he doesn't wander off. Even company such as that is a welcome relief from nothingness.
It's starting to get dark. I'm going to try and get some sleep, and I'll return in the morning.

Day 1

Where am I? What is this place? What is going on?
Ok. Step back. Breathe.. ok. Let's start from the beginning. I woke up here.. wherever here is.. this morning. I was surrounded by trees, and there was a pig rooting in the dirt a few yards away. This in itself isn't that odd, except.. I have no idea how I got here.
I don't know anything.
I don't know where I am.. I don't know where I came from.. I don't know my own name. I just.. am. I woke up here, and that is where my memory begins. I have basic reading and writing skill, and well-developed motor skills. That is all I know.
I suppose it doesn't do me any good to spend all my time wandering around in confusion. I'm back at the spot where I first awoke. I don't know if this area has any significance, but it's as good a place as any to begin. I should find some shelter, and food.
I've decided to call myself Steve, so I have some sort of identity. It's better than nothing.
